Katharina Huemer Posted February 8, 2016 Share Posted February 8, 2016 yes, tips but not a complete warm up. if you have absolutely no clue, you can search some youtube videos and I am sure if you still need help, many people of this board be happy to help you and give you a more detailed insight.Just make sure you warm up all joints (wrist, elbows, shoulders, hips), not only muscles.
