Sprinting and foundation

Hi all

I am curently doing foundation 1 2 times per week, Handstand 1 2 times per week, and stretch course 3 times per week.

So i was wondering where to put sprinting in my routine.

When I used to sprint, my schedule look like this, so I would put it in the days between your main workouts and you can stretch after your sprint session.

M:F7

Tu:H1

W: Sprint session

Th:H1

F:F7

Sa:Sprint session
