Jason Dupree Posted September 4, 2015 Share Posted September 4, 2015 Does anyone have or know of a good myofascial release protocol? I know how to do it, but that's all I can find is the technique. Is there a best practice as far as how often, what intensity, etc? Normally just doing whatever has worked in the past, but I've got a particularly stubborn knot that refuses to go away.
