I am 28, from Hungary (my english sucks, sorry), and have some serious middle spine immobility (scheuerman cause thoracic vertebra degeneration). So it's not just muscle and postural problem. I train with bodyweight most of time, and learn some drills like handstand, ring muscle ups, flips etc.,but my back bridge is flat, and that's NOT okay! Is here someone who has this problem and make progress with fundamentals, handstand or stretch (thoracic bridge) courses? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
