Jesse Kim Posted July 31, 2015 Author Share Posted July 31, 2015 Street workout is still in its infancy. I think whatever gets people off their behinds and actually do something is ok in my book. It'd be better if it was better programmed and more of a focus in avoiding injury rather than flashyness. That's what I love about most trends, like Crossfit for example; I'm just mentioning it to state a point. Both are starting to get people more active, but the former (street workout) is mostly tricks, while the latter (Crossfit) is too risky for your health since they care more about repetitions than form/technique.
