Dorian Brown Posted July 15, 2015 Share Posted July 15, 2015 So I've found that just sitting in squat really improved my squat tremendously. I don't have a sofa right now since I recently moved and now I either stand, squat or lay down when watching tv. I was wondering if doing anything other stretches would be effective or would long passive stretch be too much if I'm already doing stretch , foundation and H1.
