Well i just wanted to share my experience , im following foundation since a few months , last year i had knee surgery  on the right knee and the risk of getting injured on the other (congenital problems and bad training...) this is gone with foundation sls work, plus a few days ago , just for fun, i tried a single leg squat... nailed it , no pain , pretty decent form and im just at PE 2! my Wing Chun have improved in the sense that my hips , posture and the diferent knee position feels amazing! 

 

 

This program is gold, Thanks Coach.

 

 

 

Pd: most of the time i was working with a 1 per week schedule with good progress.

Single leg squat. Educate yourself and get the Foundation course if you haven't already, the abbreviations are all over the course and this website.

What is sls? Hate when people use acronyms
