Remigio Loma Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 Well i just wanted to share my experience , im following foundation since a few months , last year i had knee surgery on the right knee and the risk of getting injured on the other (congenital problems and bad training...) this is gone with foundation sls work, plus a few days ago , just for fun, i tried a single leg squat... nailed it , no pain , pretty decent form and im just at PE 2! my Wing Chun have improved in the sense that my hips , posture and the diferent knee position feels amazing!
