Alessandro Mainente Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 I doubt that technique is the problems. i think that there are no adult people who can perform correctly the straddle L for both pore strength conditioning and flexibility. the hips, shoulders and feet position are a consequence of what i've cited. Alexander Egebak Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 Perhaps take a picture of your current progress with details. You should have a nice L-sit first, and you need good hip flexor strength and flexibility. At least that is my opinion, a few people can get around this and just pop into one.
