Straddle L

What is the correct position for hip, lower back and shoulders in the Straddle L hold. Ive hit a plateau in my training and am therefore questioning my technique.

I doubt that technique is the problems. i think that there are no adult people who can perform correctly the straddle L for both pore strength conditioning and flexibility. the hips, shoulders and feet position are a consequence of what i've cited.

Perhaps take a picture of your current progress with details.

 

You should have a nice L-sit first, and you need good hip flexor strength and flexibility. At least that is my opinion, a few people can get around this and just pop into one.
