Directly targeting the supraspinatus, what exercises

Why would you want to specifically target your supra spinatus? It's main functions are to stabilize your arm in your shoulder and abduct your arm so any lateral shoulder raise kind of movement but it is essentially a stabilizer muscle.

Side lying shoulder abduction to 45 degrees. 3x15 building up to 10% of bodyweight. Side lying weighted external rotation is nearly as good.
