Guest irongymnast Posted August 22, 2009 Share Posted August 22, 2009 So I can do MUs on the rings with relative ease but I haven't ever succeeded in performing a bar MU.I can do ~15 pullups and ~15+ chinups on the bar.I stop where my hands can't close any more.Is there a false grip technique for the bar like on the rings that I don't know about?How should I develop this skill? Kipping you can do it with no false grip or with false grip.--------------------------------If you don't have the book, get it. If you have it, you need to read through it more thoroughly.And read the stickies in all forums before you ask anymore questions. A lot of them will answer most of the ones you are posting...
