Justin Kaplan
Will doing the stretching series 3 x week which equals 1 of the series once a week be enough to offset modern lifestyle i.e.- driving, sitting, etc... While it seems these are very intense sessions I am curious if after doing one then going back to regular life (even if having awareness of bad positions, sitting etc..) offsets some of the good done? Would it be better to or add some movements throughout the day to counter this? If so, what would those be?
Jason Dupree
Submaximal stretching, or limbering, would be good to do. Especially for something like hamstrings if you sit a lot. Having the muscles recover and adapt while spending so much time in a shortened position will slow progress. Basically, add movement, period. Coach Sommer
There is no VS; both need to be performed. Hard weekly stretch series. Much less intense mobility on other workout days. Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer

Jon Douglas
Coach is the stretch series done on the same day of foundation or is it on rest days?Best done after a workout, particularly one such as Foundation in which you would have done a reasonable amount of ROM work already
