Dies Irae Posted April 21, 2015 Share Posted April 21, 2015 Even if you do a different push/pull exercise each day, like in the Killroy70 template, wouldn't this affect your recovery since you're still doing similar exercises days in succession? I actually like this programming because it would enable me to do more exercises because I can't do that many each day right now.I should also point out that right now I'm not doing any static strength training, I'm doing only basic exercises like dips, pullups, HSPU etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
