As a result of this, I have a good deal of calcification in my right wrist which limits my wrist flexibility. Exercises like Planche Leans I feel mostly in my right wrist (which seems to be the limiting factor, not shoulder strength). Before anyone asks, yes, I am doing H1 and doing the wrist strengthening and stretching series, and I also do several other daily wrist, hand and finger stretches. I was wondering if there is anything else I should/could be doing when the issue is calcification? Has anyone else dealt with this issue successfully (short of surgery)?
