stall bars

That totally depends on what stall bars you buy, however they almost certainly will not come with the actually hardware to attach to the wall. In other words the wall anchors and screws won't come with your stall bars.

As Cole said, it depends who you buy them from :)

Do you know what kind of wall you're going to be attaching to? Whether it's brick, concrete, or drywall, you should be able to get what you need for fairly cheap at a local hardware store. Not more than ~$20-30 max, assuming you can borrow a friend's drill.

Concrete is great to attach to in the sense you don't have to worry about finding studs in the wall. However you do need the right kind of drill and anchors.

Best thing to do is go down to your local hardware store, tell them what you are planning to do, and they will know the proper anchors etc for you to use.

They won't come with the stall bars.

You may also need to buy some angle brackets, not all stall bars will come with them, or as in the case of mine, I needed to add more to make them stable.

This is all very common stuff so that won't be a problem.
