So in this case you would need to tell us where on your wrist exactly. What stretches and exercises cause the pain exactly. Do some hurt it more than others? Did anything happen recently that would have caused/exacerbated it, etc. The best and only advice if it's anything more than a strain/sprain is to go see ago see a doc/physio/etc. The adage of never taking medical advice from the intranets is sound. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
