Arch Body Hold

Hello everyone,

 

I do the Arch Body Hold and it not going very well, how can i improve it?

 Dumb it down. Knees bent, lower leg and feet vertical, arms by sides with hands behind back or on sides of legs.

 Or break it down to just chest on floor lifting instep off and feet off floor or just lifting the chest and ribs off the floor.
