Why is my Dragon Flag form bad?

I've always been struggling with this skill.  :unsure:

 

The dragon flag and the front lever are similar. FL is an advanced move, whereas DF is basic. And still I could hold a FL "perfectly", but couldn't perform DF well.

 

Please help.

 

P.s. I know my knees in the video are bent. I will fix that in my next attempts.

Looks like you start to lose PPT at the bottom of the rep. Can you lie on the floor with your heels, glutes, lower back and shoulders all touching the floor?

Your form isn't bad. You just need to straighten your legs. What were you expecting? There is also no way you cannot do a good body lever if you can do a good FL.

your form is quite alright, could use a bit more PPT but thats hard to see. if you want to improve, just do reallyslow negatives. that works like a charm for me with these.
