Ivan Pavlovic Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 I feel pain in my biceps while doing dips. It hurts only when my arms are around 90 degrees, on the bottom or at the top it doesn't hurts. Also while im doing pushups or pullups i dont feel pain. Is that a common pain like one in tendonitis or its some kind of injury ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Daniel Burnham Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 If it's in the muscle belly it's not tendinitis. If you feel it in the middle of the bicep it is most likely a strain. You just don't have the mobility to do dips. Work on developing strength through that range of motion. Stretching the bicep may also help. As always this is not a medical diagnosis.
