Asker Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 Let say i have handstand basics down and i want to start with some press to handstand, but i don't know what variations to chose. What is easiest variation to chose and from there progressing to harder movements..Will i use both legs while kicking into handstand on wall and from there try to do tuck press to handstand?
