L-sit pull ups

hey everyone, i asked this over at dragondoor a couple of months ago but wasn't satisfied with the answers. do you think L-sit pull ups have a carry over to weighted pullups?

They are harder then regular pull ups so i would say they have some strength carry over for sure...when i do them i feel i have to engage my shoulders and lats more to get the movement going compared to regular pullups.

Yes, they will defiantly carry over to weighted pullups with all that extra leverage weighing you down from your legs, and there really is not kipping movement while do l-sit pullups unlike normal pullups you just muscle them.
