Jaho Askari
I been working on oahs for about 2 months now. I feel I had made a lot of progress with weight distribution. I been reading everything I can find on it, and studying people like Ido portal and yuri marmerstien. I been utilizing many of the drills I see them do on the internet and have been working on implementing Ido portals concept of adaptation. I feel my problem lies with the right shoulder. I would have thought my ride side would be stronger than the left but every time I shift weight to the right arm I find it difficult to fully push from the shoulder. I have also been doing allot of prehab rehab work on the shoulder as well as scapular which I also found from Ido portal gymnastics bodies and a few other sources. Any help, advice or information to assist me on this journey will be humbly appreciated.Thanks...Little Jaho
Coach Sommer
Of course you are having issues. Unless you already have a solid 60 second free HS as well as 5 pike press HS from an Lsit, you are physically unprepared to begin focused OAHS work.
