quick question regarding handstands

is it consider a FSP?

Should I include handstands holds in my workouts, or are the HSPU enough ?

Handstands is treated as a skill than as an strength element, however they do provide strength gains.  I probably guess that at this point, it is much too early to start any sort of HSPU variations/progression

The fundamental static positions are:

L-Sit

Straddle L

Manna

Front and Back Lever

Planche

There is a reason Handstand has a Gymnastic Strength Training™ course of it is own.

Train to do a handstand if you want to. Don't train to do a handstand if you don't want to. Ultimately what you choose to train is your call.

That said, in GST one will eventually get stuck without at least a reasonable handstand (HSPU, press to HS, ring HS, hollowback) and one will cheat themselves out of an amazing shoulder stability and body control tool without it.

H1 is the most straightforward and comprehensive way to reap manifold HS benefits,  but IMO you are doing yourself a favour by at least training some HS before your workouts-- wall, freestanding, wall runs, etc :)
