Tuck Planche Form Check

Yesterday i made a thread about various static positions and if i was doing them right and i got a reply for my L-sit and headstand but none for the levers and the planche so here's the photo again of my tuck planche

Looks good, but you might want to depress and protract your scapula some more. Your hips are a bit too high, but that's not a real issue. Good job.

Thanks A Lot Man will keep that in mind.

 

And Here is a video of my attempt that i filmed yesterday the good thing is it's not upside down.

 

I hope this can give a better view of my form.
