Edward Smith Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 hey everyone,i'm a little unsure with my training, mainly with the amount of exercises i should be doing. i'm doing between 8-12 exercises per workout genrally, most is 14. these are all in 2's (e.g tuck planche and adv tuck lever i superset them) working antagonist muscles. what would you suggest as a decent amount of exercises? i know it varies person to person, but for a pretty fit, young athlete?
