Back & Front lever 60s?

Hello, I would like to ask when I can hold tuck back and tuck front lever for 20s max for example, should I do 10 sets of 10s holds or 6 sets of 10s holds? (so that 1 minute is interval which I have to practise and 10s is half of my max.)

6x10s.  Generally you want to work half your max hold time, with as many sets as it takes to get to 60s total.

 

After a month or two, re-test your max and see what your new hold time is.
