Jozef Sýkora Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 Hello, I would like to ask when I can hold tuck back and tuck front lever for 20s max for example, should I do 10 sets of 10s holds or 6 sets of 10s holds? Connor Davies Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 6x10s. Generally you want to work half your max hold time, with as many sets as it takes to get to 60s total.
