Whenever I bail, I've been raising one arm and letting my body fall to the opposite side. Will this cause imbalance, or is it nothing to worry about? Murray Truelove Posted November 25, 2013 Share Posted November 25, 2013 PROTIP: Whilst being a very effective brake, your face shouldn't be used to stop yourself from falling - I learnt this from experience.Depends where you practice, if you have a lot of room around you then what you are doing is fine, if you are limited with space or people are walking about (if you practice in a gym) learning to roll out when there isn't room for you to pivot out is a good idea. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
