Leandro Santos
Hi guys, sometimes i saw guys saying that when they do back lever, they feel the biceps sore during the workout. Is it normal or it shows that u are going too fast? When this happen, u should continue working out or stop sraight arm exercises during the given workout? Connor Davies
I'd say it would be better to feel it in the biceps than in the elbow itself. Back levers are really hard on your biceps tendon, and you can hurt yourself if you're unprepared. The safest thing to do would be to make sure you have a really good german hang before you work on back lever training. I wouldn't recommend training through the pain, because you can really hurt yourself and you'll have to stop training for a long time. Getting a little bit less volume every workout is better than having to stop training completely for several months.
