I dont think im at a pt where i can do a small routine just yet. So in looking for tips and suggestions on some moves that i can begin to work on. Here is what i have thought of so far1) lsit 2 bas, MU negative2) support 2 back Lever3) fwd roll minus the MU4) back kip or pulliver with bands5) BAS 2 inverted slowly6) Fkip to feet on ground 7) BAS 2 SHST (no ass from a wall) on Paraletts8) SHst 2 EL on paralettesThats all i can think of, anyone have any other ideas or suggestions Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
