Im at a point now where i want to begin stringing some moves together instead of working them alone. I dont think im at a pt where i can do a small routine just yet. So in looking for tips and suggestions on some moves that i can begin to work on. Here is what i have thought of so far

1) lsit 2 bas, MU negative

2) support 2 back Lever

3) fwd roll minus the MU

4) back kip or pulliver with bands

5) BAS 2 inverted slowly

6) Fkip to feet on ground

7) BAS 2 SHST (no ass from a wall) on Paraletts

8) SHst 2 EL on paralettes

Thats all i can think of, anyone have any other ideas or suggestions
