Justin Andzel Posted June 25, 2013 Share Posted June 25, 2013 How does everyone feel about oatmeal as a post workout recovery meal? Today I had a cup of oats, a cup of cottage cheese, handful of berries and a scoop of whey protein and felt pretty good afterwards.
