Where to inject my "ring strength" routine in my schedule?

Hey guys,

Sorry if this is somewhere else, I tried looking but couldn't find anything on it...

I have been doing Coach's gymbod schedule and was wondering which day to put my ring strength in or rather if I should switch my schedule around it. For example:

M-cpp OR ring strength

T-hor PPr/PPu

etc.

I think the way you asked the question is a little ambiguous, so maybe if you can give us more information about your training schedule right now, you might get some more replies.
