doofus93
Hey guys i'm new to this forum so pardon me So my question is that are resistance bands needed when learning the body levers on rings? Are they effective or are there more effective ways to go about this? Thanks!
Blairbob
No, they are not. Progressions shortening or lengthening the leverages on the body are more than optimal.
Guest
What about inverted cross, cross, maltese or victorian? It's hard to shorten the leverage on the body in those cases? Do you shorten the length of the arms in those cases, or are restistance bands/spotting optimal?

Blairbob
For Invert cross, you cannot change the body position. Bands are just a tool to self spot, really. With planche, victorian and maltese you can suppoet on the elbow or forearm. Same as cross
