Honestly, I'd say it's the balance and the level of skill required to control it. You need enough strength, but the strength is easier to get compared to the skill itself.

definitely balance. 

 

the balance is achieved easier with the right combination of strength and flexibility.  Too much of either one and not enough of the other can be a deterrent

Yup, it's all about control. Yuval is a great example of that, and I love his videos because he almost always shows single movements, but does them extremely clean, so much that the technique can be understood better by watching him carefully. In any case, I know that watching him helped me.
