I have joined gymnastic bodies 3 years ago and I used it whenever I felt tightness or pain in my body. I enjoyed all the workouts but never developed a practice because of lack of equipment. I always felt I would do much better if I had a Gymnastic body gym near me.
I am finally deciding to install Stall Bars for better stretch workouts and developing my practice. Does any have good recommendations for stall bars? I live in North Carolina, USA.
