Bowers are an advanced multi-plane pushup variation that I often use with my stronger athletes.  They build tremendous strength throughout the entire shoulder girdle, chest and arms, as well as the lower back and abs.

Handstand obstacle courses are a fun and exciting way to build overhead strength while simultaneously increasing handstand proficiency.  They can also be designed to suit a wide range of handstand abilities.

Cranks are a very challenging abdominal movement that I use with my more advanced athletes.  Performed correctly, this movement will build incredible strength throughout the entire core; as can be seen in the photo to the left.

The development of advanced ring strength skills always begins with mastering the basics.  Attempting advanced ring strength elements (iron cross, maltese etc.) without properly building an adequate foundation will always result in failure and/or injury.
